Tao restaurant with 300pax sitting capacity is catering for special occasions such as birthday, Family gathering, anniversaries, banquets, special event, receptions and meetings.
CONCEPT Tao's concept, ALL U CAN EAT BUFFET in Penang since year 2006.The buffet concept offer somewhat unlimited service with customer’s food ordering from the menu provided at the table. With the unlimited choices, customers can order any items from the menu and they can repeat order without any limits until to dine their satisfaction. The menu has more than 130 dishes to choose. Basically all the dishes will serve in small portion for every single order. Its makes customers enjoy varieties of food from the menu. The management always will make sure the customer gets orders constantly without any delay on food delivery by well trained staffs.

Tao authentic
restaurant has a unique concept of providing their service to customers. The
ambiance and cozy environment of the restaurant attracts people. The eco
friendly environment gives customers a relaxed and comfortable feeling while
having their meals there. As we interviewed the restaurant's supervisor, Jac , he said that there are more customers during the night. According to him, being in this industry is quiet interesting because he feel happy and satisfying by serving people. In our opinion, Tao Restaurant would be a success for long run because of the ambiance and also the affordable prices. More people should try to enter this industry in future.

Sushi King's ambiance is the concept of rotating food where the sushi comes on the conveyor and customer chooses the sushi from the place they're seated itself. The staffs in the restaurant are really pleasant and friendly. They are even hygiene concern, where the staffs wear a proper attire while preparing and also serving the food.

SOHO is one of the most popular international restaurants where they have many branches all over the world. This restaurant provides excellent food and beverages to their customers such as delicious western food and also various drinks. The environment of the business is unique. The customers of SOHO are not only from local customer but also foreigner. As we in interview the manager of SOHO restaurant MR. Romy b. Akhtar Ali mention that the industry has a lot of job opportunity and career growth for employees. As he worked at the restaurant for more than 10 years, he got a lot of experiences from the job and able to meet VIP's. According to him the disadvantage of the shop is expose with alcohol drink.
